Job title: Area Sales Manager
Location: South China
Report to: Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities1. Prospect and work on strategic accounts to develop business in the assigned region, for accounts in Semiconductor and PCBA Industries.
2. Responsible to meet sales revenue forecast and target accounts sales goals.
3. Take care of the existing accounts in the assigned region as the account manager, brick wall and grow the sales with them and provide excellent customer services.
4. Manage customer satisfaction excellently by providing timely and efficient services and coordinating with multiple internal departments and external partners.
5. Understand customer needs to promote new materials or to new markets.
6. Recruit, develop, train, and manage distributors and sales channel partners in the region.
7. Work closely with internal departments (R&D laboratory, manufacturing,
engineering, sales and marketing) to achieve business goals.
8. Actively participates in planning.
9. Take initiative in regional Business & Marketing planning and goal setup.
10. Establish extensive network in the industry with clients, partners, and the community.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent in Chemical, Material, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering majors.
Work experience:>5years
1. Have more than 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in the reflow, printing and dispensing process.
2. Knowledge and experience in power devices, BGA, SIP and WLCSP packages.
3. Knowledge and experience in semiconductor material selling procedure and qualification.
4. Highly self-motivated team player. Ability to deliver results, and have proven track record.
5. In-depth knowledge of statistics and proper Design of Experiments (DOE) is highly preferred.
6. Passionate to deliver excellent customer service. Ability to develop strong relationships with engineers and apply strategic sales skills and techniques to achieve sales goals.

8. Follow guidelines and regulations, conduct business professionally, ethically, and honestly.
9. Good written/oral communication skill is necessary. Must have business-level oral and written English skills to communicate with coworkers internationally.

Responsibilities

3.Act as the business manager for assigned accounts. Responsibilities include account management, sales, coordinating technical service, and process support.
4.Manage customer satisfaction by being responsive and coordinating with colleagues and departments to provide excellent service and address technical issues/requirements.
5.Understand customer needs – including business development for new material and new application.
6.Responsible for distributor development, training, and management in the assigned region.
7.Establish and nurture an extensive network of support (R&D laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, sales and marketing) to facilitate completion of assignments.
8.Actively participate in project planning.
9.Assist in planning regional business & marketing goals.
10.Establish and nurture network across the industries.
